Caveman Bridge Cam at Taprock

The Caveman Bridge Cam at Taprock captures Grants Pass' most iconic landmark over the Rogue River. Our camera is pointed out one of the windows at the Taprock restaurant. Evergreen Park can be seen on the far right side of the shot. The video for this camera may take a few seconds to load.

The Daily Courier's five cameras are the largest network of webcams in Josephine County and all of Southern Oregon with live streaming video.

A partnership with high-speed Internet provider Hunter Communications has made it possible to support the massive bandwidth requirements for the Daily Courier’s five cameras.

Starting to notice a change in the greenery. Seems things are on the edge of blooming. Such a pretty view with the bridge over the waters & the nice landscaping on the right.

Now that the Christmas lights are up around town, and on Caveman Bridge, we've added a little Christmas music to the webcam.

Attn Caveman '77: Sounds like a good plan, but I hope you are planning to have the pizza "cremated" also...otherwise throwing pizza into the Rogue River would not be very nice.

pot fields 9/29/2013 9:44:16 am
this will be a continuing trend until it becomes legal nationwide. that's a fact. legalize it and lower crime. only then will it not be profitable for people to guard with guns and sell black market. because it will be like shopping at freddys or everyone will have some in there garden area.

native 9/28/2013 6:08:25 pm
More pot fields and big fences with people who never leave there house armed with guns no way.

Dawn 9/21/2013 12:35:44 pm
We should be able to see the ducks come down the river today. It's Duck Derby Day!

Of Course 9/20/2013 9:04:47 am
Pot heads are more important then law enforcement.

no way good fix 9/19/2013 3:37:37 pm
you honestly think that's a good idea? have you been on planet earth the last 20 years? you think more federal control in the prison systems none the less on a cannabis law is the answer. wow... legalize it across the board and all this violence will cease involving pot.dot end o story my friend. otherwise people will be convicted as slaves to prison for there labor. wake up.

Goodfix 9/19/2013 6:53:15 am
Money for law enforcement. Is it not a plausible idea for government to raise the only legal cannabis in the state prisons . And take care of the only sells. To help cover the costs of enforcement. We are in very bad shape. I see it as a good fix. And it should save many life's here and over the border.
