Caveman Bridge Cam at Taprock

The Caveman Bridge Cam at Taprock captures Grants Pass' most iconic landmark over the Rogue River. Our camera is pointed out one of the windows at the Taprock restaurant. Evergreen Park can be seen on the far right side of the shot. The video for this camera may take a few seconds to load.

The Daily Courier's five cameras are the largest network of webcams in Josephine County and all of Southern Oregon with live streaming video.

A partnership with high-speed Internet provider Hunter Communications has made it possible to support the massive bandwidth requirements for the Daily Courier’s five cameras.

What a beautiful view this morning over the bridge. The tree color change is wonderful.

The afternoon sun hitting the trees is spectacular. I miss the changing colors here in CA.

The Canyonville fire is covering our area with smoke and the temperature is at 106. Be Safe Rural Metro and all those who protect us.

the 50 cruise ~ are you covering tonight?

On July 26th of this year, we will be on the Dinner Trip. This marks the 25th year anniversary of coming down to Grants Pass from the Seattle/Tacoma area to ride the Jet Boats. This is our vacation. Camping at Schroeder Park, doing a little prospecting and riding the Jet Boats. The guys have nick named Big Red. I love the guys and at our age now, this may be our last trip. If you have never taken one of these trips (we have taken them all) take the time and go and you will be as hooked as we are.

Right where that umbrella is, I sat with my sister Judy in 2005 while we had lunch. It's been 10 years. I miss Grants Pass. Need to make some time for a visit.

Thank you so much for your Web-Cams. Watching from Southern Germany helps a lot to keep in touch with my aunt in Grants Pass. Just before Boatnik we were there visiting her - the locations of the cameras too ...

I see people lining up. Is it Jetboat time again?

you need to contact the state (ODOT). Sixth street being a state highway you need permission from ODOT.

The water level looks a little low.

Yes, clean the bridge- looks like we don't care...years of neglect

Flkmsclvr 2/20/2015 3:19:45 pm
Gorgeous day! Wish I was on the river!

Mike 2/5/2015 2:59:50 pm
Lets clean the bridge where do we start?

Bob G. 1/1/2015 12:20:06 pm
I'd be willing to help clean the bridge. Just have to be careful as to how. Don't want to do anything to contaminate the river below.

andy 12/29/2014 2:48:38 pm
Bill Marcus - I am down with giving the bridge a good cleaning.

I see them putting the lights on the bridge! Yay! I love these webcams! Thanks Daily Courier for letting us see this beautiful part of Oregon, for those of us who cannot be there! I have been a visitor before, and have been on the magnificent Rogue River, but do not get back often enough, so thank you so much!!! I love it! :)
