Caveman Bridge Cam at Taprock

The Caveman Bridge Cam at Taprock captures Grants Pass' most iconic landmark over the Rogue River. Our camera is pointed out one of the windows at the Taprock restaurant. Evergreen Park can be seen on the far right side of the shot. The video for this camera may take a few seconds to load.

Please consider donating to our web camera project. Maintaining our webcams is costly due to the equipment, software and bandwidth used. But with more than 200,000 visits per year between our five cameras, we feel they are of great value to the community, promoting our beautiful region and, in the case of our two Humane Society webcams, a truly worthy cause. Our commitment to you is that we will use all of the money raised to fund, and if possible, improve our webcam offerings. Please note, donations to our web camera project are NOT tax deductible.
High-speed Internet provider Hunter Communications has made it possible to support the massive bandwidth requirements for the Daily Courier’s five cameras.

I love these cams they take me back to my childhood in Grants Pass, but Flash is going away and so it's hard to see the cams now. Please update the platform so we can all still see our hometown from afar.

We have had technical problems with the Bridge Cam and have decided not to send someone out in the smoke to fix it. As soon as we can send someone out, we will. Thank you for your understanding.

We're having technical problems with this webcam. We're trying to fix the problems as soon as possible, but it will be at least next week before it is fixed.

A very sad day yesterday learning that Hellgate Excursions Pilot Johnny passed away. Loved this Guy. He is the one that nicknamed me Big Red over 20 years ago. Wish we could be there for the Tribute tonight at 6:45. We will be there in Spirit, Thanks for the Good Times and Memories!

I need someone to turn up the heat a bit on June 18th. Dinner Trip on the Jet Boats and I need heat so I can get really wet!

Water is sure high. Moving a little gold downstream I'm sure! Stay safe everyone. Hope it doesn't do any damage along it's way.

Nice to snow on the Bridge.

Lovely view of the newly restored Caveman Bridge! I could see snow on the bridge in the morning light earlier today. Now the sun is shining on the bridge & it's beautiful! Thank you for sharing the webcams. This is my favorite!

we are planning on coming down this week-end. would appreciate weather details,

Colleen Zimmerman (Big Red) 7/28/2018 9:11:19 am
Hope everyone stays safe with the fires raging. We are coming down from Washington on Aug 2nd and hope the smoke has let up some. Praying that the predicted Thunder Storm tomorrow doesn't materialize and spark new fires. Again, be safe and we will be on the jetboat dinner trip on August 5th.
