One man was killed, another injured and a motorist is facing years in prison after a collision Sunday evening on the Rogue River Highway east of Grants Pass. Bobbie Rae Stinson Payne, 28, was charged in Jackson County Circuit Court with first-degree manslaughter, DUII and two counts of felony hit-and-run in connection with the collision, which occurred near Savage Creek Road near the Josephine County line.
