A man accused of causing a brain injury to his 2-year-old daughter in frustration over potty training was sentenced Friday to nearly seven years in prison.

Jesse James Harris, 34, of Grants Pass was sentenced by Josephine County Circuit Court Judge Sarah E. McGlaughlin to 80 months for his guilty plea to charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment attempted first-degree assault. Read More »
