A Grants Pass restaurant is being sued for $6 million over the deaths of an elderly couple who were killed by a motorist while heading on foot to a Christmas party at the restaurant three years ago.

Lawyers for the family of Gwen and DeVerne Jacobsen filed suit in Josephine County Circuit Court against River's Edge restaurant, located at 1936 Rogue River Highway and doing business as Rivers Edge Enterprises LLC. Read More »
