Medford arsonist found guilty but insane

A Medford woman was sentenced last week in Jackson County Circuit Court to 20 years in the custody of the Psychiatric Review Board for arson.

Leah Marie Keefe, 56, also known by the last names Balentine and Rodriguez, was placed at the Oregon State Hospital after pleading guilty except for insanity to arson in the first degree.
