A 35-year-old man accused of causing more than $1,000 damage to a Southwest Foundry Street building, including to its ceiling and door frames, was arrested at 7:20 a.m. Saturday.

A 43-year-old man was cited for sleeping on a sidewalk at 8:02 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Southeast Sixth Street.
