There was little time for the Medford Mustangs to recover after a disappointing end to their Area 4-opening doubleheader.

Playing against the same Eugene Challengers squad that rallied to split Thursday’s twinbill, the Mustangs’ trip north to Eugene proved to be a winless one, with Medford losing both ends of the Triple-A American League baseball matchup 4-1 and 4-3 on Friday.
