A 45-year-old man under an exclusion order from an authorized homeless camping site by City Hall returned and was arrested on a trespassing charge and a third-degree theft charge at 9:44 a.m. Tuesday. He was issued a trespass notice from all A-1 Market locations.

A 33-year-old woman under an exclusion order was arrested on a trespassing charge at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.
