On Tuesday at authorized but unmanaged homeless camps by City Hall, a 46-year-old woman allegedly caught on surveillance camera smoking from a glass pipe was arrested on a methamphetamine possession charge and post-prison supervision sanction at 10:32 a.m. Tuesday. A 37-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in a meth possession case.
