Courier Cam on the Rogue

The Courier Cam on the Rogue River is located near the Grants Pass Parkway, looking down at the river from the city’s water filtration plant across from Baker Park.

The Daily Courier’s five cameras are the largest network of webcams in Josephine County and all of Southern Oregon with live streaming video and it’s perfect for checking out rafters or birds, watching summer sunsets, seeing what the weather’s like in Grants Pass, or creating a beautiful window to the river in your home or office.

A partnership with high-speed Internet provider Hunter Communications has made it possible to support the massive bandwidth requirements for the Daily Courier’s five cameras.

Web director, would it be possible to turn the camera down stream a little more to show more of the river? Thank you

Martha, most likely, you just need to update your version of Flash Player.

What gives, it says the cams are free. However after downloading the latest player I still can't get the ( free) cams?

Love the new angle. My buddy Mike just bought a house on the river just downstream from the camera, now I can see what his family is enjoying. I live on the Central Coast of Calif. My Sister's house is also on the river just upstream from the camera. Nice...

How do I get them to pull up. They have always done it on a double click before. I just read below that you have to use a Flash Cam and I have now done just that because you have the Icon up above!!!

Web director 1/20/2017 10:23:09 am
Dennis, You need Flash Player to be able to view the cameras.

I would like the cam to look more down river and not so much across the river.

MikeW 1/11/2017 10:09:23 am
They should call it the raging rogue. the best view is in the winter when most of the leaves are off the trees.
