During the school year, the Daily Courier publishes a weekly "School Notes" column, which rounds up a variety of local education stories. The idea is to include short pieces on fun and interesting things that involve kids and teenagers in the community. Examples include school fundraisers, students or teachers winning awards, local programs for kids, and holiday events.
