Many times people with Internet Explorer have to initially download something called AXIS Media Control to see the video stream.

If the Media Control software is required, you'll see a yellow Information Bar at the top of the browser window. Click on the bar where it says "This site might require an Active X control: 'AXIS Media Control' from Axis Communications AB. Click here to install ...".

On the menu that appears, select Install Active X Control....

On the next window that appears, click on Install.

At that point, the software should load and you should see the video stream.
